It's official: Two-handed cross-checks to the face are acceptable. The National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety decided to fine Vegas' Nicolas Roy the maximum $7,812.50 instead of a suspension. Roy was issued a five-minute major and a game misconduct in overtime of Game 2.
